Data protection design point

Sensitive fields need deliberate controls.

The source form includes identity, NI, right-to-work and optional health/support information. A production portal would need an approved lawful basis, purpose, access restrictions, retention and secure handling for each relevant field. This demonstration does not collect them.

Before real learner use

A concept now, a secure service later.

This prototype is for discussing the learner experience only. It does not collect or store application data, upload documents, create accounts, authenticate users, or synchronise with Highfield Vault.

ATC system required

Secure accounts, access roles, privacy controls, audit trails, data retention and a reviewed compliance workflow.

Vault remains separate

Use Highfield Vault for the applicable learning and evidence activity it supports, according to ATC's approved process.
