About ATC / Quality & standards
Clear roles. Consistent standards. Evidence that matters.
Quality is part of the learner experience: it shapes how programmes are designed, how assessment is supported and how outcomes are communicated.
The detail
Clear information for a confident next step.
Who does what
Achievers Training College is the training provider and approved centre supporting delivery, teaching, assessment and learner experience within its approved scope. Highfield is the current awarding organisation for relevant qualifications and sets or oversees the requirements that apply to its qualifications and certification. Additional awarding organisations may be added subject to approval.
Highfield Vault is a third-party digital learning platform used specifically where applicable for the Level 3 Adult Care programme. It is not an awarding organisation or an ATC-owned platform.
Quality in public view
- Clear programme information and assessment expectations.
- Evidence that is authentic, current, relevant, sufficient and attributable to the learner.
- Support for reasonable adjustments and special consideration through the appropriate route.
- Routes for feedback, complaints and appeals.
- Public policies that explain learner-facing standards and responsibilities.
What remains internal
Detailed IQA sampling strategies, assessor standardisation records, internal audit materials, risk and continuity records, confidential learner records and internal assessment forms are part of ATC’s internal quality and compliance system. They are not public website resources.
