Applications are received by the ATC team through embedded Jotform forms. ATC is the data controller and Jotform acts as ATC’s data processor, with the account hosted in the EU. ATC downloads submissions and attachments and files them in the staff record; ATC deletes each submission from its Jotform account within 30 days of it being filed in the staff record, or within 30 days of the application being closed if it does not proceed. The website itself does not host the uploaded documents. Please read our Privacy Notice before submitting personal information.
