Learn With Us / Support
You do not have to work out the route alone.

Support can start with a question
If you are unsure about a task, deadline, platform, assessment or next step, contact your tutor or ATC. Raising a question early usually makes it easier to find a practical answer.
Support may include
- Course and assessment guidance.
- Help understanding learning activities and evidence requirements.
- Conversations about reasonable adjustments or special consideration.
- Signposting to safeguarding, learner welfare or complaints routes.
- Progress conversations when a learner needs help to plan the next stage.
A respectful and safe learning environment
ATC expects learners, staff and partners to treat one another with respect. Safeguarding concerns, discrimination, harassment or immediate safety risks should be raised promptly through the appropriate route; urgent danger should be reported to the emergency services.
